A) When will my order be processed?
If your order fits all authorization criteria then all orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 pm EST will be processd within 5 business days or sooner. On the 6th day or sooner we will forward your order to FedEx® for delivery*.
All items are considered SPECIAL ORDERS. We do not keep these items in stock, so they are manufactured as you order them.
*We DO NOT ship nor deliver on weekends or holidays.

B) How long will it take for my order to arrive and how much will it cost to ship?
FedEx® DOES NOT ship nor deliver on weekends or holidays. If your order fits all authorization criteria, then your order will ship on time.
Delivery Timetable:
Fedex Ground: approximately 3-7 business days
Fedex 2 Day: 2 business days after the order is shipped
Fedex Standard Overnight: the following business day after the order is shipped

C) Do you ship to military P.O. Boxes?
No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time. All packages are shipped via FedEx® signature.

D) Do you ship orders outside of the United States?
Yes, we do accept international orders but any duties and taxes will be shouldered by the customer.

Yes, the minimum for first orders are as follows:
$350 for the children's line
$500 for the adults line
No minimums will be imposed after the first order

H) How are the products cared for?
All our products are machine washable. We recommend washing them in cold water using a mild detergent in the gentle cycle and drying them on low heat in the dryer. Like all other new garments & bedding items, we recommend that our customers wash the products before they use them for the first time.
