What are your shipping fees?

My Blankee Outlet DBA of My Blankee Inc. ships via Federal Express. FedEx rates are determined by product supply weight and delivery postal zip code. The shipping cost is calculated on the shipping page in the shopping cart. We offer Ground, 2nd Day, Standard Overnight, and Priority Overnight with the option of Saturday delivery for Express shipping.

 

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

Five business days or sooner from the day of processing, we will forward your order to FedEx for delivery.

 

What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?

You will receive a FedEx confirmation via e-mail regarding your tracking information upon shipping the order. From there, you can visit www.fedex.com to check the updates regarding your order and when it is estimated to arrive.

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

All items are custom made. We have no stock and no inventory. Purchases must be returned within 30 days and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. At this time, all approved returns will be in the form of store credit. A restocking fee of 30% will be applied. All store credit expires after one year. Other restrictions may apply.

 

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Currently, we do not offer gift certificates; however, we are in the process of developing this option. Please check back for updates.

 

If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?

No. If the billing and shipping addresses are different in any way and/or the order includes a gift card or gift wrap, we will assume that it is a gift and exclude the invoice from the box. We will, however, include a packing slip as a form of a receipt that maintains the invoice number needed in the instance of a return/exchange or inquiry – the packing slip does not list the price(s) of the product(s).

 

How are the products cared for?

All of our products are machine washable. We recommend washing them in cold water using a middle detergent in the gentle cycle and drying them on low heat in the dryer (air drying is also an option if you wish to be extra precautious). Like all other new garments and bedding items, we recommend that our customers wash the products before they use them for the first time.

 

ORDERING QUESTIONS

 

How do I change or cancel an order?

To cancel an order you recently completed, please contact customer service (info@myblankeeinc.com or 213-955-4516) as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, keep in mind that our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the production process.

 

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Currently, we do not offer gift certificates; however, we are in the process of developing this option. Please check back for updates.

 

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as well as payments via PayPal.

 

Are purchases on the web site really tax free?

Yes, with the exception of orders shipped to California.

 

Is ordering over the internet secure?

Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction to ensure that your order is secure.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

 

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

All orders placed between Monday and Thursday before 2 p.m. PST will be processed the next day. Orders placed on Friday and Saturday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders placed by 2 p.m. PST on Sunday will also be processed on Monday; those placed after 2 p.m. PST will not be processed until Tuesday.

Please note that all items are special orders – we do not keep these items in stock, so they are manufactured as you order them.

We DO NOT ship nor deliver on weekends or holidays.

What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?

Your order date is the date you placed the order. The ship date is the date that your order leaves the warehouse. These dates will not be the same.

 

What countries do you ship to?

Currently we ship to all countries via Fedex International.

 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

For security purposes, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

RETURNS

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

All items are custom made. We have no stock and no inventory. Purchases must be returned within 30 days and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. At this time, all approved returns will be in the form of store credit. A restocking fee of 30% will be applied. All store credit expires after one year. Other restrictions may apply.

Restocking Fees: All items are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping must be paid at customer’s expense back to My Blankee Outlet DBA of My Blankee Inc. and back to customer.

You must have an original receipt (invoice or packing slip) from My Blankee Outlet DBA of My Blankee Inc. in order to return all items. Please note that My Blankee Outlet DBA of My Blankee Inc. merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted from orders placed through the official My Blankee Outlet DBA of My Blankee Inc. website, www.myblanke.com

If your item meets the above return/exchange policy requirements, you may proceed to acquiring a Return Authorization Number (RA #); if you send us your order back without an RA number, we will not accept the package.

Acquiring an RA Number:

1. E-mail info@myblankeeinc.com, explaining the grounds of your return/exchange request. Be sure to include the name used in purchasing the product(s) and your contact information as well as the Invoice number.
